Well, that was strange. Was reading my facebook friends page, saw somebody's post regarding a bonfire.

Immediately started smelling smoke. Seriously thought I was hallucinating.

Then wandered through the house to make sure nothing was actually on fire. ("Cat? Are you on fire?")

Apparently the neighbors are grilling out back, and that's what I was smelling.

Okay, so I've actually had a tumblr for a while now. But I've mostly been using it to stalk blogs that gif Doctor Who and Craigyferg.

But now I'm actually, occasionally, using it. Mostly just reblogging at the moment, but maybe I'll actually use it for other stuff too at some point.

Oooh. Also, for those of you who are more familiar with tumblr, rec me people I should be following? I like looking at art and pretty gifs for any of my fandoms.

Thanksgiving is over, time to bust out the Charlie Brown Christmas icon!

Today I have:
-Cleaned ALL THE THINGS (except the kitchen sink, which the Husband did)
-Washed ALL THE LAUNDRY
-Paid ALL THE BILLS
-FINALLY hung up our wedding picture on the wall

Today is Get Stuff Done Day? Or it's been Get Stuff Done Weekend, anyway, based on the amount of landcomm challenges I did yesterday.

Apparently it's not just me. Husband went grocery shopping today, and in addition to all the stuff he normally gets, he also brought home a box of chocolate chip cookies.

OM NOM NOM.

Do NOT let me go shopping. Yesterday on my way home from work, Bry wanted me to stop at Target to pick up a certain kind of screwdriver. Upon arriving, I discovered they didn't have the kind he needed. So I should've headed straight home, empty-handed, right?

Instead, I came home with:
-Highlander ($5 rack)
-Blues Brothers ($5 rack)
-1 bag Hershey's Hugs
-1 bag Jolly Ranchers

$5 movies and sweets area serious problem for me. Also, I have never seen either of those movies.

Eggos, Ovaltine, and a donut: dinner of champions.

(I'm such a lazy bum. Seriously.)

Seriously. Don't ever let me go grocery shopping.

It's been a joke with us for a while that I have a serious sugary food problem. So today, I went to the store to buy bagels. And guess what I came home with?

-2 packages bagels
-2 packages Toaster Streudels (1 raspberry, 1 Boston cream pie)
-half dozen donuts
-1 Danish coffee cake, cream cheese-filled
-1 small package sour gummi worms

(Oh, and 2 bananas, but those are like healthy food.)
